Pig Roast

I nearly forgot to post some pictures from the truly amazing pig roast that Salt & Time did for Thirsty Planet Brewery a few weeks back. You can check out all of the photos here. They served pork tacos with a fresh cole slaw and a side of pork & beans made with their mortadella hot dogs (one of my favorites). It was a huge hit! We had an epic line of happy folks waiting to see the pig and get a taste. One of the perks to being married to a talented and visionary butcher is getting to participate in fun food events like this. Also, I get BLTs whenever I want.
